ASAUK24 EXHIBITOR PACKAGE
For the three day 2024 conference (29 to 31 August 2024, at Oxford Brookes University) we are arranging an exhibitor’s display in the John Henry Brookes Building of Oxford Brookes. This will also be where teas and coffees are served, and where the conference’s social spaces are located. Here is a link to information about the building, giving information about the central space and the location:

You will be able to send boxes of books ONE WEEK ahead of the conference, and these will be stored securely in a locked room on the same level as the exhibitor space.
The finalists for the ASAUK Best Book and ASAUK Best Book Prizes will be announced before the conference, giving publishers the opportunity to prepare promotional materials and to order extra copies, if so desired. The prize will be announced again at the AGM and awarded at the Conference Dinner. The author and the publisher’s representative of the shortlisted books will receive an invitation to the Conference Dinner.
