The African Studies Association of Africa conference will take places as a hybrid event hosted by HUMA, The Institute for the Humanities, at the Unviersity of Cape Town. The theme for this edition of the conference is “Africa and the Human: Old Questions, New Imaginaries”. The call for individual paper abstract submissions opens on 14 July.
